The location is near to sarawak museum. View from the room was great. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Cats Pyjamas Burger that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Convenient & Friendly
The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key tourist areas. We also appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us during our city trip. the breakfast spread was good with a decent variety of dishes.
Poor maintenance with many things not functioning properly. The room looked dirty and the carpet had stains on it, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned in a while.

The hotel was close to the airport. The rooms are big and nice with a rainshower. The breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel is a hidden gem for its exceptional services and luxurious amenities. the spacious and modern room with a separate shower and bathtub, robes, slippers, fridge and kettle provided were outstanding. the buffet dinner at the Eatery was a great spread and very affordable. the location is convenient, being near the airport, city centre and Borneo Convention Centre.
The only minor flaw was the unavailability of halal food nearby at night time. Other than that, this hotel was a perfect stay with tidy, clean facilities, amazing breakfast and great services.

Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Must try the omelette :) The staff were generally helpful and polite and were always willing to answer any queries. For that I am grateful. Shuttle services are provided to/from airport so its good to email before arrival if you would like to be picked up from the airport. Unfortunately for myself, I did not know about this service until I arrived.
Some toiletries were missing upon check-in to the room. Some of the lights in the room was faulty. The location of this hotel is about 5mins drive or 30mins walk from the airport but it is quite a distant (about 30mins drive) from the city. Depending on the time/day, traffic could be an issue. However, shuttle services are provided to and from the city if requested.

Spent my Xmas here and it was a great choice. Room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and cozy blankets. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the location was great, with many dining options within walking distance. the hotel's shuttle service was especially helpful for exploring nearby attractions. Wi-Fi was fast and free.
The lack of an indoor pool or gym, which would have been great for staying active during my holiday. the breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options, but some of the food was cold by the time I got to it.

The rooms are big.
There are ants on my bed! The price of Internet is so expensive and can only be used by 1 equipment.

The only positive thing worth mentioning is the person who gave us a fungus- free room (it was called an 'upgrade', oh boy) and the nice local foocourts outside the hotel.
This hotel is a no-go. Don't be fooled by the "by Sheraton" - nothing of this hotel comes even close to resembling a 4 star hotel. First of all, the location is bad. There is an airport shuttle, but since they do not inform you of this before you arrive and no-one at the airport is aware, you have to take a taxi. The advertised shuttle to Kuching is only at 11 in the morning and 17 in the evening, and taxi's are expensive, untrustworthy and tourist-unfriendly. The hotel is totally run-down and has the atmosphere and feeling of a Formula 1 hotel. Room decoration is stained all over and worst of all there is fungus all over the bathroom. We had to wait forever to make sure we got a room without fungus... The advertised free internet is only in the lobby; the minibar is empty; toiletries in the bathroom are minimal (not even bodylotion! You have to ask for everything, sooo poor), only 2 out of 8 elevators were working (how's that for safety?!) and personell is extremely slow. When asked the concierge to book us a taxi, we ended up with the smallest car on earth - my husband hit his head every bump in the road (and there were many). All in all, if you want to spend your money wisely, and enjoy your holiday - don't book this hotel.

Huge room with view over airport. Well designed desk with accessible power and connections. Large bathroom
slippery marble floor near shower, lack of a power point near a mirror for hair dryer. Breakfast just ok and coffee hideous!

Spacious room with good cleanliness. Excellent view. Great customer service of front desk. Convenient location with 5mins to airport. Without traffic jam, will be able to reach town within 10mins. Good amount of shops surrounding the hotel whereby you can find local specialities.
Buffet breakfast spread slightly limited range of choices of food, but overall still good.
